Jon Cheslock is an Assistant Controller at FocusGrowth, bringing experience in the alternative investment space with a career spanning both public accounting and the private sector. Prior to joining FocusGrowth, Jon was a Fund Accountant at H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on direct lending strategies. Before H.I.G., Jon was a Senior Associate at RSM US LLP, providing audit and assurance services to private equity, private credit, and other financial services clients. Jon leverages his background in data analytics, financial analysis, and accounting information systems to take a strategic and analytical approach to operations and financial reporting.

Jon is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from James Madison University.
